Rates:
The rates vary from season to season and are based on the number of rooms occupied. The Residence is always booked on an exclusive basis. Therefore the cost per person comes down the more guests occupy the four bedrooms. The rates include the 15% government VAT and the Service charge to the Banyan Tree.
Breakfast at the resort is also included in the rate. The kitchen is fully equipped and food can be prepared by either yourselves or the butler.
